Responsibilities:
Conducting consultations with clients (startups or existing companies), including the preparation of legal opinions;
Opening corporate and merchant accounts;
Assessment and elimination of business risks;
Participation in meetings and conference calls with clients from the CIS, EU and Asia;
Increasing the level of sales for clients with the support of the sales department;
Preparation of legal advice, drafts of legal documents, proposals and responses to clients’ requests;
Communicate with government agencies, foreign banks, lawyers, accountants, notaries, etc;
Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams and provide support on legal issues of varying complexity, sensitivity and importance;
Registration of payment agents in certain jurisdictions;
Drafting various agreements such as S&PA, PAA, SPA, SHA, etc;
Conducting legal due diligence, due diligence and counterparty verification;
Requirements:
1 year of experience in international law;
Experience in opening accounts in international banks;
Experience in opening companies in various international jurisdictions;
Upper-intermediate and higher level of English;
Willingness to develop in crypto areas;
Project management skills and practical experience in managing; numerous legal projects
