Objective:
Developing and maintaining partnership relationships, as well as seeking new strategic partners who will refer clients to the company for a commission. Achieving key performance indicators for the number of connected partners and meeting sales targets for the partnership relations department.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new potential partners and conduct negotiations, positioning the company effectively.
- Foster cooperation with current company partners.
- Analyze market conditions and identify new opportunities for partnerships.
- Develop partnership programs and promotions to encourage collaboration.
- Prepare reports on partnership activities and forecasts.
- Prepare presentations and commercial proposals for partners.
- Sign partnership agreements and assist partners in executing deals.
- Certify partners and calculate their rewards.
- Initiate first contact with potential partners through various channels.
- Enter partners into the internal database and work within the CRM system.
- Enhance professional competencies and knowledge about the company’s services.
Requirements:
- Proficient in CRM systems, understanding sales funnel stages and conversions.
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to plan strategically.
- Ability to analyze market trends and establish business partnerships.
- Experience in actively onboarding partners is a plus.
- High level of self-organization.
- Ability to work with large volumes of information.
- Skill in writing personalized proposals.
- Proficiency in English (B2 and above).
- Willingness to make cold calls.
- Proficiency in using various programs and tools.
